STEP ONE

  Welcome to Forever On the Mend, a Journey of Re-covery. As many of you already know this blog marks my very first undertaking of re-upholstering anything and in writing a Blog. In this particular case my subject will be a small swivel rocking chair. I am at present gathering materials for the task as well as learning to use this blogger. I will have pictures, maybe some video, but always there will be written comment, and right now that is all I have figured out. Nothing fancy for now. I will be keeping track of costs, materials, tools, and time. The final outcome will be, I hope, a beautiful chair upholstered by me and costing less than $1100, as this was the quote from an upholsterer in The Dalles.
